5 bay double room: 15m x 8m accommodation with entrance lobby, two rooms (providing areas of approx. 48 sq. m.) with 2 storerooms.
6 bay double room: accommodation with entrance lobby, two rooms (providing areas of approx. 64 sq. m.), 2 storerooms, 2 toilets with hand basins and disabled toilet to current Building Regulations (Part M).
